Claire Conner (trading as CMC Yoga) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. The site is built and hosted by Underdown Labs Limited on Claire's behalf.
Contact form (section 07): your name, email address, optional phone number, and your message.
Online booking (section 06): your name, email address, optional phone number, the session type you chose, your preferred date and time, and anything you add in "anything I should know beforehand". That optional box is for session planning (for example injury, pregnancy, or mobility). You do not have to include health information, but if you do we treat it carefully as described below.
We do not take payment on this website. Bank transfer happens after Claire confirms your session by email.
To reply to enquiries, hold your requested time while Claire confirms, arrange and deliver one to one yoga sessions, and keep reasonable records of bookings.
Lawful bases: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries) and steps to a contract (processing your booking request). If you include health-related information in the optional notes field, we rely on your explicit consent by submitting that information voluntarily.
Form and booking data are sent securely to systems operated by Underdown Labs Limited (processor): website hosting and a booking intake service. Claire receives notification by email. Data is stored only as long as needed for the purposes above.
If you mention health, injury, or pregnancy in a message or booking notes, Claire uses it only to plan your session safely. It is not used for marketing. Do not include more detail than you are comfortable sharing.
Enquiries and booking records are kept only as long as needed to respond, confirm sessions, and manage Claire's teaching records, then deleted or archived securely.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact Claire using the website contact form.
